The management team and advisory board of YourJet brings together 80 years of experience in the aviation industry, aircraft sales, software development, internet-based marketing, and business development. Under their leadership, the company is projected to grow to 190 employees in 2012.
Todd House
Founder and CEO, is responsible for the overall governance of YourJet. He had his first flying lesson at age 13, later earned his his private pilot certificate and instrument and multi-engine ratings. After medical school he served 13 years in active reserve military service in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force where he earned his designation as a Naval Flight Surgeon and Air Force Flight Surgeon. His flight experience includes FA-18 fighters, helicopters, transport and several general aviation aircraft. He is currently attached to the U.S. Air Force Individual Ready Reserve where holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Dr. House is a board certified anesthesiologist and partner in the practice of Dupont Anesthesia PSC.
Suzanne Dudgeon House
Founder and Marketing Director, is responsible for YourJet branding, marketing, and communications. She began her career as a project manager for Charles Schwab in their San Francisco headquarters. She then moved back to Louisville where she was a media buyer for Sheehy, Knopf and Shaver Advertising. She joined Price Weber Marketing and Communications as an Account Executive where she managed accounts for KFC/Taco Bell, Maybelline, Brown-Forman Beverages, Kroger, General Electric and Arby’s. She is now a serial entrepreneur with the founding of her second company, YourJet, LLC. She is currently working towards her private pilot certificate while she manages YourJet's day to day affairs and her personal fitness and nutrition consulting company, NTANDEM, LLC.
George Perry
Chief Operating Officer, provides strategic plans and guidance for the air carrier certification process and pre-revenue operations. His responsibilities include; synchronizing the company’s regulatory, strategic and tactical plans and coordinating execution. George has over 20 years of experience in both civilian and military aviation. After graduating from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, he began his career as the Chief Pilot at Air East Inc. He went on to serve in the US Navy as an F-14 Tomcat and F-18 Super Hornet pilot and was a senior manager of personnel, aircraft and equipment in numerous front line and training squadrons. These positions encompassed aviation operations and maintenance management, flight test and evaluation, safety program and flight training syllabi development, joint force operations analysis and joint force business practice improvement. He recently graduated from the Naval Post Graduate School earning his MBA in business finance and defense acquisition and was selected to become the Commanding Officer of F-18E Strike Fighter Squadron. George has over 4000 hours in multiple aircraft types and holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) as well as commercial pilot, airplane single & multi engine land and sea ratings.
